1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by ConverticoApp ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Services
ConverticoApp provides a service to convert existing websites and progressive web applications (PWAs) into native Android application files (APK and AAB). We are not responsible for the content of the applications you provide for conversion. You must own the rights to the content and technology you submit.
3. Payments, Refunds, and Support
All payments for services are due upon placement of an order. We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with our service. All plans include one week of dedicated support to assist with your app setup. Refunds will not be provided after the 3-day period, for issues related to your original web application's functionality, or for rejection from the Google Play Store for reasons outside of our control.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights to the web application you submit. We claim no ownership over your source material. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your web application content solely for the purpose of generating your mobile application.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ConverticoApp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
